Community and Operations Fellow
Location:
In-person at Central London (EC2) office with flexibility to work remotely 1 day per week
Type:
Fellowship (12 months starting August/September 2025) with a potential for permanent employment thereafter subject to mutual agreement

The Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Fellow to join our team during an active investment phase. The individual’s primary focus will be operations, community building and investor relations.
You will work directly with our General Partners, Head of Platform, and wider team to strengthen our internal operations and enhance engagement with our two most important communities: the start-up founders we invest in and the limited partners who invest in our funds.
This is a unique opportunity for a versatile, driven individual looking to pivot into or advance their career in venture capital. You will gain exposure to all aspects of running a VC fund – from fund operations to portfolio support, brand building and investor relations.

· Familiarity with tools such as CRMs, private company databases and similar platforms
