We're now looking for a Community Care Executive to join our compassionate and driven team in Cardiff.

Job Title: Community Care Executive

Reporting to: Regional Registered Manager

Location: Cardiff / Hybrid (up to 3 days a week at our Cardiff Office Hub)

Salary: £25,000 + up to £5,000 annual bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm (with some evening & 1 in 4 weekend work)

About the Role

As a Community Care Executive, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of our Community Care team. From managing rotas and coordinating training, to supporting recruitment and handling client/staff communication, your role is vital in ensuring smooth, high-quality care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Rota & Staffing Coordination

• Build and manage staff rotas to ensure full coverage and client satisfaction.
• Monitor availability, manage leave requests, and facilitate return-to-work meetings.
• Support recruitment and onboarding for new and expanding care schemes.

Communication & Phone Line Management

Be the first point of contact for calls to the community care team.

Handle queries with empathy and professionalism from clients, staff, and stakeholders.

Operational & Training Support

• Coordinate training programs and track staff compliance.
• Conduct performance appraisals and support staff development.
• Help plan and attend team meetings and contribute to operational improvement.

On-Call Service

• Participate in the on-call rota, supporting the team during out-of-hours operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication, organisation, and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong IT skills, especially in MS Office and healthcare systems.
• A flexible and proactive approach to solving problems and managing priorities.
• Passion for delivering outstanding care and improving client outcomes.
