We have an opportunity for a Community Clinics Coordinator to join their team of staff.
This is a bank role working on an “as and when required” basis, you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.
Duties Of This Role Include
- Support Circle Integrated Care clinicians by guiding patients through their clinical journey across multiple hub sites in Bedfordshire.
- Provide high-quality patient support, including chaperoning, taking basic clinical observations (e.g. weight and height), and helping prepare for procedures.
- Upload clinical documentation, including injection consent forms, into the electronic patient record (EPR) system in the absence of admin colleagues.
- Provide reception support as required during staff absence or periods of high demand.
- Adhere to all Circle Health Group policies, procedures and relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, including infection control, safeguarding, and incident reporting.
- Follow health and safety, fire safety, and accident/incident reporting procedures.
