Job Details
- Hours:35 hours per week
- Salary:£28,773.12 per annum
- Contract: Fixed term until March 2026
- Location: Belfast/Lisburn/Newtownabbey
- Provide 1-1 and group-based support, including CV building, interview preparation, job searching, and career guidance.
- Provide direct support to 75 individuals across Root Cause communities.
- Support the delivery of employment training academy programmes designed to equip individuals with skills, accredited qualifications, and workplace readiness.
- Act as a liaison between employers and participants, ensuring smooth transitions into employment.
- Provide tailored guidance to participants on managing their personal finances, including budgeting, debt management, and accessing financial support or benefits.
- Connect individuals with appropriate financial advice services where needed.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an employment support role
- 5 GCSEs at grade C and above including English and Maths
- Strong understanding of barriers to employment and strategies to overcome them through targeted support.
- Knowledge of training, qualification pathways, and employability skills development.
- Full clean drivers license
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the changing needs of participants and employers.
- Ability to engage and support individuals from diverse backgrounds with sensitivity and understanding.
