The Role

At Mount Anvil, we focus exclusively on London-our impact matters to real people, and our success is measured by whether communities welcome us back.

Are you the person who can make a difference in communities? Building relationships, measuring impact, and keeping everyone-our teams and our partners-in the loop. Our new Community Engagement Manager will work with residents and local organisations, running events, building connections, delivering social impact programmes, and coordinating from our Barbican office.

In this role, you'll rally local voices, building strong community backing for housing projects, and turning grassroots goodwill into progress. You'll create and deliver social value plans that generate real returns for the communities we serve, ensuring each project leaves a lasting, positive legacy.

Ideally, you've got at least 5 years' experience in the residential sector with a main contractor, developer or local authority, managing and delivering social value initiatives in London. You'll report to Tom, our Social Value and Communications Director, and be part of a close-knit team. Our partners say our care and investment in communities is a standout of our approach.
