Community Inclusion Facilitator

A fantastic and highly rewarding opportunity has arisen for a Community Inclusion Facilitator to join our enthusiastic and passionate colleagues in Sutton. We have 2 part time (20 hours per week) permanent contracts. 

As a Community Inclusion Facilitator you will be a valued colleague within a team, you will be flexible and committed to supporting people. Your role is responsible for developing and offering a range of responsive direct individual and group activities to people with a learning disability accessing the Me Time Programme.
