An opportunity has arisen for a Community Phlebotomist to join Grove Road District Nursing Team.
Post available is:
15 hours permanent Grove Road DN Team
The post-holder must be enthusiastic and motivated team players with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who will work as a member of the District Nursing Team.
The post requires undertaking phlebotomy duties within clinic settings, patients’ homes and residential homes as delegated across a geographical area.
Main duties of the job
To provide a safe, patient centred phlebotomy service for all patient groups.
May be required to work alone.
Required to develop and maintain competence in adult phlebotomy.
Required to be available to work within stated base and any other location.
Provision and may be required to provide extended service as deemed necessary to meet patient needs.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
