What’s the role?
As a Community Relations Officer, you’ll lead on planning and delivering community investment projects and resident consultations. You’ll build strong relationships with local stakeholders, support resident engagement meetings, and ensure our communities are informed and empowered to shape the services they receive.

What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a confident communicator with experience in managing community engagement projects from start to finish. You’ll have a strong grasp of regulatory requirements around consultation and data, and be comfortable producing clear, accessible communications. Your ability to plan and support formal meetings, liaise with diverse communities, and evaluate the impact of engagement activities will be key to your success.
Location
The job is primarily based in
Laurence House, Catford, Lewisham, London, SE6 4RU but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work in the office, community locations, and from home on a regular basis.

- Some evening/ weekend working is required for this job
- The job is subject to an Enhanced DBS check

Salary
£42,861-£44,430 per annum (P01)
N.B: All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role. The only exception to this will be when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale), which is subject to evidential proof.
