We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Community Support Worker to join The Adult Services Contact Team.
You will play a key role in helping individuals live independently, confidently, and with dignity within their own homes and communities.
Your work will involve providing advice and signposting, you will complete assessments for people and their carers, you will work in a strength based way to enable people to live with dignity. You will enable people to access opportunities that improve their wellbeing and quality of life.
