About The Role
As a
Community Support Worker (Carer, Care Worker, Care Assistant), youll play a vital role in helping people live life to the fullest. Youll build meaningful relationships, support wellbeing, and make a real difference every day.
Your Role May Include
- Offering emotional and practical support
- Assisting with personal care and daily routines
- Supporting with medication
- Encouraging independence and confidence

As part of the team, youll take part in sleep-in shifts, offering an overnight presence, and peace of mind to those who need it. Each sleep-in shift comes with an extra £43.12 per night, on top of your regular pay.

This role requires a DBS check. The level of check for this role is - Enhanced DBS Check with a Adults Barred List check.
