Are you ready to lead a dynamic team and take ownership of client relationships within the Private Equity and Real Estate sector? We’re seeking an experienced Company Secretarial professional to join our clients’ s growing team, providing expert administration and client service delivery for a portfolio of UK-based client structures.
What You’ll Do
- Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor a team delivering Company Secretarial and associated services to a diverse portfolio of clients in Private Equity and Real Estate.
- Client Relationships: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and long-term partnerships.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee and review administration deliverables, ensuring accuracy and compliance before release to investors, third parties, or clients.
- Collaboration: Liaise professionally with clients, lawyers, auditors, and business partners to deliver seamless service.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues affecting statutory records, communicating effectively with management.
- Performance Management: Conduct employee performance reviews and support professional development within your team.
- Data Analysis: Analyse and present management information to drive key business activities.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: CGI qualified (or equivalent) with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in Company Secretarial services for UK Special Purpose Vehicles (companies and partnerships) within Private Equity and Real Estate.
- Leadership: Proven supervisory or line management experience.
- Relationship Builder: Ability to develop strong, trust-based relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Problem Solver: Skilled at managing complexity and providing clear, actionable solutions.
- Effective Delegator: Sets clear expectations and empowers others to deliver.
- Collaborator: Works effectively across teams to achieve shared goals.
