Ethics & Compliance Analyst to join our dynamic team at our European HQ in Uxbridge.

What You’ll Be Doing
Role
As a key member of our Ethics & Compliance team, you’ll play a vital role in safeguarding our business by:
- Monitoring and analyzing fraud detection algorithms and investigating anomalies.
- Managing third-party risk through compliance software, including risk scoring, due diligence, and screening.
- Assisting in the development of procedures and reporting tools for compliance systems.
- Conducting data analysis for internal reporting and identifying trends.
- Collaborating with departments to develop metrics that measure the effectiveness of our Compliance Program.
- Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of compliance initiatives.
- Taking on ad-hoc projects and responsibilities as needed.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, auditing, or corporate compliance.
- Strong analytical mindset with a desire to grow and learn.
- MBA, CFE, or similar qualifications (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with anti-corruption laws and compliance concepts (e.g., conflicts of interest, fraud, antitrust).
- Experience with SAP and compliance software tools.
- Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This is a
fully onsite role based in Uxbridge, London. Occasional travel may be required to other facilities or events as part of your role.
