About This Role
We’re looking for someone who can support our compliance and business teams with the tasks that come with a licensed insurance business that works with multiple third parties. You will support the risk & compliance team as well as the business teams to make sure we meet the demands and requirements of regulators, payments to our partners, tax filings and corporate insurance policy renewals.
Key Responsibilities
- Monthly insurance bordereaux compilation and uploads
- Preparation of the Netherlands insurance tax report (reporting, not payment)
- Uploads and access management for bordereaux portals (ours and partners’)
- Partner invoice and statement processing, including payments
- Entity-level corporate payments
- Professional Indemnity Insurance renewal
- Shared mailboxes monitoring and routing to relevant stakeholders
- Docusign handling for contracts and approvals
- Acting as our main point of contact for brokers
- Group policy renewal coordination
- Support for multiple regulatory position applications
- Support for Board appointments
Requirements
- We are looking for an experienced and dedicated person who has a diligent way of working, experience with compliance and regulatory environments. You will bring a pragmatic, precise and pro-active attitude. Key skills, qualities and experience include the following:
- A proven track record of 5+ years in a finance role,compliance support, or related field
- Knowledge and practical experience of working with third parties like insurance partners, regulators or tax authorities, so you understand how their processes work
- Organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- A real team player with solutions-focused and entrepreneurial spirit;
- Fluency in English both spoken and written;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent organizational skills and a willingness to deliver results under tight deadlines.
