Description

Miryco Consultants is working with a prestigious financial services firm who are looking for a Compliance Assurance Manager to join their quickly growing compliance function. The company is in growth mode and is looking for an experienced individual to facilitate that growth.

Responsibilities:

Developing the Financial Crime and Market Abuse elements of the annual Compliance Monitoring Plan.
End-to-end design and delivery of Compliance monitoring, with a focus on market conduct and financial crime risks.
Performing validation and reconciliation exercises to provide assurance.
Drafting monitoring reports which summarise findings.
Carrying out internal 4-eyes checks and quality assurance.

Experience:

Demonstrable relevant experience in a compliance monitoring role.
Extensive subject matter expertise in financial crime and market abuse risks.
