About The Role
As our new Compliance Contracts Officer, you’ll support the Compliance Contracts Manager in overseeing Fire Safety compliance across all NCHA properties. You'll play a vital role in ensuring that fire risk assessments (FRAs), fire door inspections and other key compliance activities are carried out to statutory and regulatory standards.
What You'll Be Doing
- Monitoring FRA and fire door inspection programmes
- Supporting the procurement of services via tenders and frameworks
- Carrying out post-inspections of compliance works
- Ensuring compliance with contract administration
- Producing regular performance reports for the management team
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a highly motivated, organised professional with strong communication skills and a passion for safety and quality.
You’ll Need To Have
- NEBOSH Fire Safety Certificate or working towards one
- Working knowledge of fire safety legislation and the “Big 6” compliance areas: fire, asbestos, lifts, gas, water, and electrical safety
- Experience planning and delivering complex programmes
- Demonstrable experience in contract procurement
- Full, valid UK driving licence

This is a hybrid working role for 35 hours per week; working flexibly to support the needs of the business. On occasion you may be required to attend meetings outside of core working hours.
