We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our Quality team as a Compliance Documentation Owner. This critical role ensures that all documentation within Quality, Technical, Engineering, Commercial, and Operations areas aligns with regulatory and internal requirements—protecting patients while supporting site goals.

This is a part time role 22.5 hours a week, flexible on the days and hours available.

About The Role

As Compliance Documentation Owner, you will:


  • Coordinate and administer updates to GMP documents across Quality, Technical, Engineering, Supply & Logistics, and Operations departments.
  • Manage document workflows within Veeva Quality Docs, our document management system.
  • Deliver training—both one-on-one and group sessions—on document Authoring, empowering teams with the knowledge they need.
  • Ensure document control processes are well-communicated and understood across the site, fostering a culture of compliance.
  • Provide advice, guidance, and training to employees on document control processes and in the use of Veeva Quality Docs.
  • Monitor and report against agreed document management measures and KPIs for continuous improvement.
  • Support and enhance site systems associated with document control to deliver improvements.
  • Prepare documentation to meet audit requirements and regulatory expectations.
  • Maintain sufficient stock of stationery to supply the Quality Department.
  • Execute any additional tasks as required by the Compliance Lead.


What You’ll Need

Basic


  • HNC in Business Administration or extensive equivalent experience.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-focused experience.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly MS Word and Excel.
  • Skilled in using electronic document management systems to effectively organize, store, and retrieve information in a digital environment.


Preferred


  • HND in Business Administration and Information Technology.
  • Experience working in a GMP regulated environment.
