Compliance Officer

We’re working with a leading hedge fund that has grown rapidly in recent years and places a strong emphasis on building a robust, technology enabled compliance framework.

This role will offer broad exposure across advisory, surveillance, regulatory change, and compliance program development, working closely with investment and non-investment teams in a fast-paced environment, reporting directly to the Head of Compliance.

The role will involve:

• Providing real time compliance advisory support across European and US regulations
• Helping design and enhance automated controls, workflows, and compliance systems
• Assessing regulatory change and advising on impact to the business
• Supporting policies, procedures, training, and ongoing regulatory reporting

About you:

• 5+ years’ experience in compliance or regulatory advisory within a hedge fund, asset manager, or investment bank
• Strong understanding of UK, EU and US regulatory frameworks, with good exposure to equities markets
• Comfortable working in an advisory capacity with front office stakeholders
• Interested in technology, automation, and building scalable compliance processes
