Land Rights CAD Technician – Commercial Property & Development

This role will be a hybrid of home based and from our Nottingham OR Edinburgh hub.
Meet the team:
Our Commercial Property & Development (CP&D) business group comprises of Legal Planning, Agriculture, Construction, and CP&D.
The team is a market leading real estate energy team focusing on innovative solutions to utilities, renewable energy and flexible energy generation.
We have exciting growth plans, which will see us continuing to work with the best clients in, and beyond, the Midlands on the best projects. These growth plans bring with them exciting opportunities to progress and you’ll also get the chance to work with market leading technology.
What you will be doing:
You will be responsible for producing and amending detailed utility connection CAD drawings throughout a project’s lifecycle.
We are currently in the process of tendering for several large-scale utility companies and offering a CAD service to those operators is an integral part of our bidding process. We would seek your input into the size and scale of the team required to service any short, medium and long term requirements.
