Concierge Specialist / Travel Coordinator

Concierge / Client Experience Team

We are now looking for someone to join the team as a Concierge / member of the Client Experience Team. You will be supporting the sales team with delivering the ultimate guest experience for those who have booked their holiday through Leo Trippi.

You will be required to fully understand the needs of each client, building a trusting relationship and demonstrating competence to ensure customers’ needs are met promptly and precisely.

The job in three bullet points:

1. Organise and manage all aspects of the guests’ experience from airport transfers through to ski lessons and childcare by working closely with chalet owners, managers and third party in-destination suppliers.
2. Contribute with enthusiasm to the ongoing development of the business, working individually and collectively to achieve mutual success for our customers and our partners.
3. Working closely with the sales team in undertaking administrative tasks to benefit the smooth running of the office such as preparing contracts/invoices, researching pricing & availability as well as preparing final documents and travel itineraries.

Some examples of what you will be doing daily:

• Researching and vetting suppliers & partners
• Talking to clients about their holiday plans (via email and telephone) and helping them to make decisions by sharing destination knowledge and making recommendations.
• Maintain and update customer data and records on our CRM (Salesforce) and create itineraries to send to guests prior to travel.
• Developing the concierge/pre-arrivals process to make it efficient and accurate for everyone who is involved.

Requirements:

• Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to multitask and prioritise.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (a second language such as French, German or Italian is always a benefit but not essential)
• A passion for skiing and knowledge of some ski resorts in the Alps (i.e 3 Valleys, Verbier, Val d’Isere, Zermatt etc)
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage your time effectively
