Are you ready to co-lead the implementation of an ambitious new Connect to Work (C2W) supported employment programme for Bromley helping residents with disabilities or health conditions into work and transform their lives?

About The Role

As our C2W Team Leader, you will work closely with our recently appointed C2W Programme Lead on the design and implementation of the DWP funded C2W Supported Employment programme in Bromley. Connect to Work will launch as the inaugural programme of Bromley’s new in-house employability service, ‘Bromley Works’.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with our C2W Programme Lead, you will:
  • Co-lead the creation and delivery of Bromley’s new in-house employability service, ‘Bromley Works’, including the implementation and management of the C2W supported employment programme.
  • Oversee the day-to-day delivery of the C2W supported employment programme ensuring compliance with the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) and Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) models. You will also be expected to act as an IPS practitioner with a small caseload.
  • Line manage and develop a team of Employment Specialists, driving performance and fostering continuous professional growth.
  • Work directly with key local partners from health, adult social care, housing, NHS, JCP, and the voluntary sector to design and implement an integrated and co-located Connect to Work supported employment service for Bromley.
  • Manage programme funding, ensuring compliance with funder requirements and financial accountability.

About You

You will be a proactive and results-driven professional with a strong background in supported employment management and delivery. You will have:

  • Experience of managing operational teams delivering supported employment programmes and strong operational delivery experience of the IPS and SEQF models.
  • A proven track record in leading Employment Specialist teams and driving high performance within employment and skills services.
  • Strong skills in partnership management and collaboration, particularly with health, adult social care, housing, NHS, JCP, and the voluntary sector to create and support an integrated and co-located C2W programme.
  • Excellent programme management and financial oversight abilities to ensure compliance with IPS/SEQF performance and quality standards. Why Join Us?
