Senior Site Manager / Project Manager

An established and well-respected main contractor, delivering projects nationwide across commercial, education, industrial, leisure, health, and housing sectors, is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager / Project Manager to join their team.

Typical project values range between £0.5m–£15m, with a strong track record of repeat business and long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day running and organisation of construction projects.
• Act as the key client interface, ensuring strong relationships with stakeholders and supply chain.
• Drive programmes, budgets, and site teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Oversee site Health & Safety compliance and maintain accurate project records.
• Mentor and support junior managers, while working closely with Contracts Managers.

Skills & Experience

• Proven background in Site or Project Management within main contracting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
• Track record of delivering projects to time, cost, quality, and safety standards.
• Competency in programme management (ASTA preferred).
• Relevant training/qualifications (e.g., CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid) desirable.
• Flexibility to travel within the region and stay away when required.
