Site Manager / Internals Manager (10-Week Contract)
Location: Covent Garden, London
We are supporting a Tier 1 Main Contractor on a landmark heritage redevelopment in the heart of Covent Garden. The project involves a complex commercial cut & carve of existing historic buildings, and we are seeking an experienced Site Manager / Internals Manager / Finishing Foreman to oversee internal finishing trades.
The Role:
- Manage day-to-day delivery of internal trades and finishes.
- Ensure quality, safety, and programme are maintained to Tier 1 standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors and trades to achieve a smooth handover.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Background in trades (e.g. joinery, tiling, carpentry, drylining).
- Proven experience delivering internal finishes on commercial projects.
- Strong ability to manage subcontractors and drive quality on site.
Contract: Approx. 10 weeks (with potential for extension).
