Your Impact
In this role, you will focus on delivering and implementing large-scale business transformation projects, primarily in the private sector.
You will support organisations in executing business change programs, ensuring consistent and successful implementation across various sectors. As you gain experience, you will take on increasing responsibility for delivering parts of projects independently, with guidance from senior colleagues. Your work will involve leading client meetings and workshops, driving business transformation initiatives, and coaching clients to achieve sustainable outcomes. Based in our London office as part of Orphoz, you will collaborate closely with senior management and specialist departments to ensure long-term project success.

Your Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or similar with a strong record of academic achievement
- 2+ years project management end to end delivering business transformation projects such as setting up a Transformation Office (TO), capability building, organisational structure, operational excellence, digitral transformation or similar
- Solid stakeholder management, process management, analytical and highly numerate
- Demonstrated solid structured problem solving skills
- Good evidence of building strong relationships through effective communication, delivering tailored solutions with strategic insights, and leveraging deep expertise to ensure lasting client impact
- Experience project managing the delivery / execution of at least one large scale transformation project in the private sector
- Proficient use of MS Office products including Excel and PowerPoint and ideally one ore more of the following: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Prince 2, Kanban etc.
- Proactive professional with entrepreneurial drive spirit, keen to learn and wants accelerated growth
- Flexibility and agility that is required in a consulting environment
- Hybrid working with flexibility to travel
- Native or at least C2 level in local language and English
