YOUR ROLE
In a world of digital transformation, the future of work, and the new normal post the pandemic, organisations are facing major disruptions that require People and HR teams to help transform the way they think and act. Our Workforce Transformation team’s purpose is to help our clients rethink the employee’s career journey and establish data driven talent, learning and culture functions whilst leveraging emerging technologies to deliver our client’s shared vision.
As a Consultant in the business you’ll help set the direction, driving forward the business, model our values and behaviours, and coach and develop junior members of the team.
As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:
- Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
- Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
- Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.
YOUR PROFILE
We'd love to meet with someone with:
- Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
- Experience of proposition building and delivery.
- Previous consulting experience.
- Proficient in crafting and implementing career frameworks, with a focus on aligning them with performance management and reward strategies.
- Skilled in conducting competency mapping, designing talent development initiatives, assessing capability needs, and executing job evaluations across diverse industries and client portfolios.
- Well-versed in various career pathway models (e.g., vertical, squiggly, lattice) with a dedication to delivering innovative pathways tailored to client needs.
- Can effectively utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of client’s people focused functions and drive innovative solutions for clients.
- Proven experience in skills based-organisation transformation is a bonus.
- Skilled at establishing brilliant working relationships with our client and teams – helping us achieve the highest standards of quality and widening our reach
