We are looking to add a Lead to our expanding team. This position could be located in any one of our offices (i.e. London, Chicago or New York City) and is a full-time, in-office (hybrid) role, with related travel as needed.

Your Impact

As a Lead, you’ll work directly with the executive teams of big businesses to shift how they work, lead, and grow. You’ll be making a difference by:

• Leading B4Z project teams to land outstanding outcomes for both the client and our business
• Working alongside Partners and Directors to develop and deepen key client relationships
• Delivering excellence across our suite of human-led transformation capabilities – including purpose and strategy, leadership-driven culture change, leadership effectiveness, people strategy, and strategy mobilization and execution
• Hustling and developing new and existing client relationships by nurturing networks, spotting challenges, and uncovering opportunities for growth
• Coaching and growing the team, giving regular feedback

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who is thoughtful, driven, and ready to step into a high-impact role, ideally with 8-9+ years' of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, innovation, or related fields). Suited to those who relish the opportunity to disrupt the consulting industry; to have real impact in the work you do, in a space that's entrepreneurial, experimental, and creative. To achieve real impact, our work requires a balance of Human, Commercial, and Creative Insight. That means you bring to this role your own unique blend of skills that are:

• Experience in leading consulting projects across the human aspects of people transformation
• Excitement to operate within a ‘One Heidrick world’ – adept at forming strong relationships, maximizing our impact and unlocking value for the firm
• Brilliance as a coach and mentor with a passion for developing others
• Always creating energy on teams and finding the joy with others to do truly impactful work, together

Commercial

• Drive toward both commercial and societal impact
• Comfortable facilitation with C-Suite and having strategic conversations in the context of setting overall direction for businesses
• Energy and commitment to help grow a fast-paced, scaling global business
• Strong commercial acumen and proven experience of account growth

Creative

• Cut-through communication skills, with excellent written craft and a creative eye to design game changing experiences and materials
• Ability to make the complex simple without stripping down
• Expansive thinking to crack challenges and evoke the right emotions
• Ability to create energy and navigate complexities to facilitate breakthrough conversations
