An established and tech-driven insurance group is seeking a Consumer Duty Lead to join their second line Compliance team. This role is pivotal in embedding Consumer Duty across the business - ensuring regulatory excellence while keeping customers at the heart of every decision.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading as a subject matter expert in Consumer Duty, advising on FCA best practice and industry standards.
• Providing robust oversight of product governance, distribution arrangements, and pricing models to ensure value and compliance.
• Shaping and supporting the production of the Annual Consumer Duty Report, remediation activity, and vulnerable customer strategy.
• Collaborating with senior leaders to strengthen internal controls, promote cultural change, and drive customer-centric outcomes.

About you:

• Deep expertise in Consumer Duty and FCA regulation, with hands-on experience embedding these within an insurance firm.
• Commercially astute, strategically minded, and passionate about delivering regulatory excellence without losing sight of the customer.
