Customer Insights Specialist at Oodle Car Finance.
The Customer Insights Specialist at Oodle Car Finance plays a vital role in helping us understand our customers and the car finance landscape, improving the way we communicate and ensuring we deliver great experiences.
In this role, you’ll be designing surveys, analysing data, spotting trends in reviews, keeping an eye on competitors, and turning insight into action. You’ll work closely with our Commercial team to make sure our campaigns are informed by what really matters to customers and car dealer and finance broker partners.
