The Role:

• Maternity Cover Practice Director
• FTC (10 – 12 months with potential to go perm)
• Salary: C. £90,000 + Benefits
• Location: London, hybrid
• Working pattern: Full-time or the opportunity to work a 9-day fortnight (every other Friday non-working)

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience at Director or ‘Head of’ level within a Consumer PR agency.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower teams.
• A track record of delivering impactful, creative campaigns and driving client satisfaction.
• Commercially astute with confidence in financial management.
• Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation.
• Able to step seamlessly into a senior leadership role and make an immediate impact.
