As Contact Centre Coordinator, you will join a busy team working at pace within this function. You will play a key role in processing and answering questions from our teaching and school based audiences, enabling them to access information to support their work with us. You will provide efficient and effective customer service, working with our external audiences and internal colleagues to ensure each query is answered on time, and correctly. You will embrace a flexible, agile approach to your work, proactively lending support on key tasks and activities in line with changing team needs. Your work will make a real impact across a busy team.
