Contact Centre Team Leader

📍 Based in our Sheffield office 3 days per week with 2 days working from home. You will also be required to travel to our London or Lincoln office on occasions (which is paid for by us of course)

📅 Start Date - Ideally Tuesday 14th April (flexible depending on notice)

🏢 Candidates who reach the final stage will be invited to attend an in-person assessment day at our Sheffield office which will take place on Wednesday 18th March.

• Like all scale-ups it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster journey, but we’re now stronger than ever, with around 3,000 letting agents using the platform, exciting and varied products and 320 Goodlordians across the group supporting the mission! 💚

The Opportunity:

• Provide clear direction, guidance, and support to a team of 8-12 Referencing members, fostering a positive and highly productive work environment.
• Take full ownership of your team's daily performance and output, proactively identifying and addressing any blockers or challenges.
• Performance management, quality assurance and continuous improvement to ensure all team members are performing as well as processes are fit for purpose.

What we need from you:

• A natural leader with a proven ability to motivate, inspire, and develop others - you must have experience of managing a team of 8+ people
• Ability to be an independent thinker who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo
• Understand the value of in-person collaboration and can be adaptable and resilient with all stakeholders.
• Embrace the full spectrum of leading a performance-driven team – celebrating the highs and proactively navigating the lows
