Hello, we're Starling. We built a new kind of bank because we knew technology had the power to help people save, spend and manage their money in a new and transformative way. We're a fully licensed UK bank with the culture and spirit of a fast-moving, disruptive tech company. We're a bank, but better: fairer, easier to use and designed to demystify money for everyone. We employ more than 3,500 people across our London, Southampton, Cardiff and Manchester offices.
We are looking for someone who is super organised, has great planning skills and has a background in content and channel management to join our growing Internal Communications team that sits in our People function.
In this role you'll need to be able to juggle many requests for communication support, line them up, plan them as well as managing the channels we have, ideally in a framework that you'll be able to co-create and own, while also supporting the Head of Internal Communications.
This fantastic opportunity will reshape and elevate the colleague experience, helping to connect and inform colleagues at Starling. We'd love you to be part strategic thinker combined with a ‘let's make this happen' attitude. You will have a passion for telling stories, delivering world-class campaigns that support business needs as well as continually looking at ways that we can stay fresh and innovative but above all have excellent planning skills.
This is a full-time position and will be a hybrid role, reporting to the Head of Internal Communications.
The Team:
The role is part of the Internal Communications team where there is a head of internal communications and an Internal Communications Partner already in place. The team sits within the People team.
