About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Content Executive to join our dynamic Marketing team. This role is pivotal in shaping and delivering compelling narratives that elevate our brand across digital and print platforms. Collaborating with the wider marketing team, you will develop engaging, insight-driven contentranging from video and graphics to blogs and campaign assetsensuring alignment with brand tone and strategic objectives. You will also oversee content governance processes, including compliance with Health & Safety (H&S) communication standards, and contribute to the continuous improvement of content workflows.
This role will see you working from various locations, with your base being our Head Office in Cheadle.
Duties Also Include
Craft compelling narratives across formatsvideo, imagery, written copythat resonate with target audiences
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex ideas into accessible, engaging stories
Write, edit, and proofread content for web, social media, print, and internal communications
Research and develop content strategies aligned with campaign goals and audience insights
Uphold the brands tone of voice across all content touchpoints
Capture and edit multimedia assets using professional equipment and software
Ensure content is accessible, inclusive, and compliant with legal and regulatory standards (e.g. copyright, IP, web accessibility)
Optimise content for SEO and user experience across digital platforms
Collaborate with the digital marketing tram to track performance using analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics) and deliver actionable insights in monthly reports
Maintain a structured content calendar and ensure logical organisation within the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system
Support the implementation of structured processes such as H&S policies and internal compliance
Liaise with internal teams to ensure risk assessments and safety concerns are noted and acted upon
Hours of Work: 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
About You
You will have:
A creative flair in the generation of online content
An understanding of creative and digital marketing concepts and best practices
Excellent copy writing and proofreading skills, and a keen eye for detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
A proactive and positive attitude
An interest in digital and social media trends and updates
Knowledge of Microsoft Office package and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
The ability to work to deadlines; able to plan and prioritise tasks effectively to manage own workload
A team player mentality; not afraid to ask questions and able to
Good literacy and analytical/mathematics skills
It Would Be Desirable If You Also Have
Industry experience
Studied marketing or relevant field at college or university
An understanding of CMS platforms
Knowledge of Digital Asset Management
