As a Content marketer in the product marketing team, reporting to the Head of Product. You will be responsible for our content creation, content engagement, and storytelling, ensuring that they drive adoption and growth for our products. This is a full-time role.

Bring a product person’s curiosity, problem-solving and customer focused mindset to a role that would require you to
- Execute content strategies that grows audiences, engagement, acquisition and retention.
- Create and oversee high-quality, engaging content that drives thought leadership and growth outcomes, including e-books, case studies, videos, whitepapers, webinars and sales enablement collateral (decks, one-pagers) across multiple distribution touchpoints (website, email, LinkedIn, organic and paid search, blogs, webinars, partner sites etc).
- Have the acumen to understand and internalise complexities, including a deeply complex, technical platform, as well as the highly-nuanced and complex domain that is radiology.
- Combine your facility with complexity with your gift for storytelling and expressing complex subjects in a straightforward way
- Understand the relationship between our teleradiology services and software offerings, and how to leverage product marketing to drive acquisition and retention
- Deeply understand our buyer and influencer audiences and personas, as well as behaviours from the top to the bottom of the conversion funnel.
- Align efforts with the broader strategic and tactical priorities of the business, including product vision, OKRs, the core mission and northstar of the business
- Toggle between the strategic and tactical
- Leverage customer insights and market analysis to shape content
- Leverage a test-and-learn mindset to optimise content
- Plan initiatives and shape the campaign and content calendars in alignment with product marketing initiatives
- Work with the product marketing manager to audit and track metrics and performance
- Work closely with brand and event marketing teams to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging, tone of voice, brand alignment and storytelling
- Collaborate cross-functionally
Have
- 4-5 years in content marketing experience within a product marketing function at an early stage business (start-up or scale-up)
- Meaningful experience working and contributing as part of a high-functioning product team
- Energy and resilience to get things done
- Combine a scrappy entrepreneurial mindset with delivering excellence
- Both creative and analytical
- Have a ROI mindset
Hard skills. You
- Have exceptional English writing, editing and storytelling skills
- Can communicate your ideas, approach and outcomes well
- Can tell stories with data
- Can deliver exceptional production quality content
- Have sufficient html and CSS to help customise website content, and have the ability to easily navigate design and other tools
- Understand current SEO, SEM and LinkedIn practices to shape content with these in view
- Can demonstrate hands-on execution of a test-and-learn mindset with agile experience.
- Can identify the details that matter and drive outcomes, and obsess over those
- Can align with style, copywriting and brand guidelines
