We are looking for a talented Content Manager to serve as the operational backbone for scaling international content playbooks across the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program in 17 countries worldwide. The program gives entrepreneurs an opportunity to develop a successful package delivery business with low start-up costs and access to Amazon's technology and logistics experience.
This Content Manager will manage the core operations required to build and scale global content assets that attract and convert high-quality DSP candidates across UK, EU, APAC and AMET regions. This person will coordinate internal stakeholders, oversee external agency relationships, and ensure consistent production standards across diverse markets while maintaining accountability for delivering global-scope content projects on-time and on-budget.
The ideal candidate has a track record of managing complex content operations across multiple international countries, with experience particularly in video production coordination, testimonial sourcing, and multi-stakeholder approval processes. They must demonstrate strong project management capabilities, cultural sensitivity for diverse markets, and the ability to establish and maintain supplier relationships that enable scalable content production.
This role is based in London and will report into the Head of Marketing.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage content asset libraries and digital asset management systems to ensure scalable access across regional teams
- Coordinate internal stakeholders across regions to identify, source and execute DSP testimonials and success stories across up to 17 countries.
- Write video scripts, interview guides, and briefing materials for testimonial and educational content production
- Manage multi-step legal and PR approval processes, ensuring compliance across diverse regulatory environments
- Oversee external agency relationships to ensure quality outputs, managing vendor performance and deliverables
- Establish and maintain agency rosters and supplier relationships that enable consistent production standards across diverse markets
- Deliver global-scope content projects on-time and on-budget, managing complex timelines and cross-functional dependencies
- Develop and execute operational processes for content localization, translation, and cultural adaptation
- Coordinate with field marketing managers to understand regional content needs and market-
Basic Qualifications
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience in marketing or marketing research
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
