About the Job

We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager who can cut through the noise. You’ll create toolkits, ranging from whitepapers to eBooks and guides, all designed to drive traffic to our website through SEO and GEO-optimised copy. You’ll work alongside our established Content Marketing Manager, adding strategic depth and extra bandwidth to the team.

This is an individual contributor role, perfect for an experienced B2B content marketer who thrives on storytelling, knows how to influence buyers through content, and wants to shape the conversation in a competitive market.

Help position Kallidus as the go-to voice in compliance, upskilling, and performance-led learning.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Strategic Asset Creation: You will create high-value external assets, including eBooks, brochures, one-pagers and whitepapers, as well as internal assets used throughout the buying process, such as proposals and onboarding documents. You’ll support our existing Content Marketing Manager on thought leadership content where needed and work with our Product Marketing Manager to ensure each asset has strong, clear messaging that compels prospects to take action.
  • Website Page Copy: Our website defines who we are. It needs to convey how we accelerate compliance, build skills, and drive performance. Working with our Content Marketing Manager and Product Marketing Manager, you will ensure all website copy – new and existing - is SEO and GEO-optimised, clearly communicates our company value proposition, and highlights key features and benefits of working with Kallidus.
  • Case Studies: Our customers have great stories, and we want to showcase them. Working with our Content Marketing Manager, you’ll create SEO and GEO-optimised case studies that highlight key features and show real ROI. You’ll also suggest ways to improve our case study process so each one we publish is stronger than the last.
  • Paid Ad Copy: Working alongside our existing Content Marketing Manager, with support from our Product Marketing Manager, you’ll write ad copy that resonates with target audiences. You’ll ensure our competitive differentiators are clear (where relevant) and align with our internal copy methodology to maximise engagement.
  • Event Copy: As a team, you’ll collaboratively work to ensure all copy in relation to events (in-person and virtual) are SEO and GEO-optimised, well-written and provided in advance of the launch phase of our campaign framework. You’ll also share responsibility for producing quality post-event assets to tight deadlines.

Key Skills and Knowledge

  • 5+ years of B2B content marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, Learning Tech, or compliance-related sectors
  • Proven track record developing long-form strategic content that drives awareness and influence
  • Experience with SEO and keyword research to drive organic traffic
  • Ability to craft persuasive narratives tailored to senior decision-makers.
  • Ability to repurpose content across formats (i.e. webinar to ebook; blog to video)
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional marketing environment.
  • Strong Project Management skills (i.e. use of Asana, Monday.com)
