We are seeking a talented and creative Content Marketing Specialist to join our team at our UK office. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate wordsmith to shape the voice of our brand and make a significant impact on our marketing and communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Write compelling, SEO-optimised content for a variety of platforms, including websites, product listings, catalogues, brochures, email campaigns, and social media.
- Product Descriptions: Craft persuasive and benefits-driven product descriptions that align with Keplin Group’s value-driven ethos and resonate with both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Brand Development: Maintain a consistent tone of voice that reflects Keplin’s commitment to affordability, quality, and sustainability across all communication channels.
- Marketing Materials: Develop engaging marketing content, including SEO Optimized blog posts, case studies, press releases, and ad copies to establish thought leadership and build brand authority within the niche.
- On-Page SEO Content: Craft compelling meta descriptions, title tags, and SEO copy to maximize search engine ranking and click-through rates.
- Sales-driven Content Creation: Write impactful content that guides customers through the sales funnel and drives lead generation.
- Ad Copies: Build content for ad campaigns that enhance visibility, generate qualified leads through digital ads and increase CTR for ads on all platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to ensure messaging aligns with business objectives.
- Proofreading and Editing: Ensure all content is free of errors, grammatically correct, and adheres to Keplin’s brand guidelines.
- Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and audience insights to inform content strategy and identify new opportunities.
- Innovation: Develop creative ideas for campaigns and marketing materials that drive engagement and showcase Keplin Group as a leader in the FMCG industry.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional copywriting experience, preferably within the retail, e-commerce, or FMCG sectors.
- Exceptional Writing Skills: A strong command of English with impeccable grammar, spelling, and attention to detail.
- SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with search engine optimisation best practices and keyword research tools.
- Creative Thinker: Ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into compelling content that captures attention and drives action.
- Conversion-Focused Copywriting: Expert in creating content optimised for each stage of the sales funnel, including high-performing copy for Google Ads, social media ads, and paid campaigns.
- A/B Testing Proficiency: Experienced in conducting A/B tests to optimise content for email campaigns, and ads for maximum performance.
- Strategic, Data-Driven Approach: Leverages data insights and strategic thinking to craft impactful, results-driven content.
- Adaptability: Comfortable writing for diverse audiences, from B2B corporate partners to everyday consumers.
- Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Organisation: Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, content management systems (e.g., WordPress), and marketing tools.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in writing for product catalogues, instruction manuals, or packaging.
- Knowledge of the FMCG or wholesale sector.
- Proficient in using tools like SEMrush and Ahrefs for keyword research and optimisation.
- Knowledge of platforms like Omnisend, Klaviyo, and Mailchimp for creating and managing email flows would be preferable.
- Media Relations: Experience in building relationships with trade or consumer media is a plus.
