With Intelligence is looking for a Content Support Specialist for a 6 month FTC maternity cover to support the Content team with key tasks that contribute towards developing and executing high profile conferences targeting an audience of senior investment professionals.
This position will assist the Content team to create dynamic agendas, recruit speakers and oversee speaker management for a suite of annual legacy conferences. You will also get the chance to work alongside our dedicated marketing, delegate sales, sponsorship sales and event operations team members, with the ability to travel to the events and assist with their onsite execution.
In this role you will not only gain exposure to career opportunities within the Content department, but also have the chance to evaluate future career opportunities across the company. In addition, this position requires someone who is proactive and flexible and enjoys working in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
Please note that this is a 6 month fixed-term contract, with a salary of £28,000 per yer (pro-rata).
Responsibilities:
- Keeping our internal systems updated with speaker registrations
- Updating and proofing the website and conference mobile app
- Organizing speaker preparation calls
- On-site on the day event support - includes the opportunity to travel to our conferences across the US
- Support the creation and development of new events (geo-cloned or in new markets)
Requirements
