You must be a Registered Nurse, with experience of working autonomously within a community setting. Experience of assessing, implementing, and evaluating care for people with continence related disorders is essential. You will have proven skills/experience in leadership mentorship and management to include implementing change.
You will be skilled and experienced in using NHS computer systems to include Microsoft office and be confident utilizing applications to enable
remote consultation with patients/to attend MDTs.

The service work closely with members of the wider multi-disciplinary teams including local Hospices, Urgent care team, Care Coordination Hub, Ambulatory Teams and Support Care Teams, Acute Services, Primary Care and Care Establishments. Car Owner and driver essential.
The opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join The Wolverhampton Continence Care Service. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a proven interest in continence with relevant post registration experience.
You will be a motivated, compassionate and flexible Registered Nurse with excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for providing
assessment and treatment programs to patients with complex bladder and bowel problems. Our service provides a range of Clinic,
telephone and home patient contacts. All members of our team actively participate with ongoing service improvement and quality improvement
programs.
Experience of community working is required for the role as you will hold your own caseload and use a multi-professional approach to ensure
patients receive clinically proven and cost effective treatment. You will also be required to provide education to health care professionals, patients and carers.
