We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement (CI) Leader to guide our Lean transformation and drive process optimization across production.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead CI initiatives across manufacturing operations including flexographic printing, blown film extrusion, slitting, and converting — with a focus on releasing capacity by improving changeover and make-ready pace

• Identify and apply lean tools to increase uptime, drive efficiency, and reduce waste

• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to boost overall productivity

• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement across all levels of the business

Must-Haves:

✅ Hands-on experience in flexographic printing and blown film extrusion

✅ Proven track record leading Lean Manufacturing and CI projects

✅ Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

✅ Ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
