We’re looking for an Improvement Lead to drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. If you’re passionate about efficiency, quality, and embedding a culture of excellence, this is your chance to make a real impact.
What you’ll do:
✔ Lead and embed continuous improvement initiatives using Quality and Lean tools
✔ Analyse data to identify inefficiencies and implement sustainable solutions
✔ Drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost
✔ Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance activities
✔ Act as a key player in new product introductions and Capex projects
What we’re looking for:
✅ Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
✅ Strong knowledge of Quality and GMP compliance
✅ Practical experience with continuous improvement methodologies
✅ Excellent communication and data analysis skills
✅ Experience of CAPAs and quality improvements
(Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and pharma experience are a plus!)
