We’re looking for a Contract Brand & Market Researcher who has strong experience supporting digital platforms as they expand into new markets.
As a Contract User Researcher, you’ll be joining a rapidly scaling digital healthcare company that’s dedicated to delivering a bespoke private healthcare platform to its users. This is a 6-month contract where you'll shape strategy and deliver measurable impact. You’ll lead advanced research, embed market understanding across the business, and assess brand and marketing performance. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in research and segmentation, with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
- 7+ years in market/brand research roles.
- Proven expertise in advanced qualitative and quantitative research
- Experience embedding segmentation/personas into business operations.
- Deep knowledge of marketing strategy & effectiveness measurement.
- Skilled in brand tracking & ROI measurement.
- Strong project management in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Data analytics / attribution modelling knowledge is a plus.
- Italian or Spanish is desirable.
Contract Details
- Up to £400 per day, Outside IR35
- 6 months (rolling)
- Fully remote
