This progressive, community‑focused public sector organisation, located South West London, is seeking a Contract Management Lead to help drive the next stage of its commercial and procurement transformation.

This is a strategic, high‑impact position where you’ll shape organisational thinking, influence senior decision‑makers, and ensure the delivery of value‑driven outcomes across a diverse portfolio of major contracts. You’ll play an integral role in strengthening commercial governance, enhancing contract management maturity, and supporting long‑term financial planning.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Embed consistent, best‑practice contract management standards across the organisation.
Provide strategic oversight of key, high‑value contracts to improve supplier performance and deliver measurable efficiencies.
Influence and challenge approaches to Category Management, Make‑or‑Buy strategies, and broader procurement decisions.
Build strong relationships with senior leaders, offering high‑quality commercial insight and analysis.
Support the delivery of organisational priorities and medium‑term financial objectives.

Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and alignment with the changing Public Procurement landscape.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong expertise in procurement, contract management, and commercial governance.
A proven ability to influence, challenge, and guide senior stakeholders.
Experience managing large or complex contracts within the public sector or another regulated environment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
A proactive, improvement‑focused approach to embedding best practice.
