We're looking for a Contract Manager to join our Sheffield PFI team
Location: Sheffield - around 4 schools
Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 08:30 am to 17:30 pm
What will you be responsible for?
As a Contract Manager, you'll be working within the Oldham Schools team, supporting them in delivering high-quality facilities management services across PFI educational sites.

What will you be responsible for?
As a Contract Manager, you'll be working within the Oldham Schools team, supporting them in delivering high-quality facilities management services across PFI educational sites.
Your Day To Day Will Include
- Managing the financial performance of contracts and maximising margin
- Leading a team of mobile/static workforce and subcontractors
- Developing client relationships to ensure contract retention and future opportunities
- Ensuring delivery of services in line with contract KPIs and SLAs
- Attending monthly financial and performance review meetings
This role of Contract Manager is great for you if:
- You have substantial practical experience, ideally within a PFI setting
- You hold relevant industry qualifications and a Managing IOSH Certificate
- You have strong communication skills and a good level of computer literacy
