What’s the role?
Driving Excellence in Housing Projects with a focus on Procurement and Contract Management, this role ensures seamless project delivery through robust Regulatory Compliance and Technical Oversight. You’ll coordinate end-to-end operations and foster strong Stakeholder Engagement, while serving as a key liaison for Leaseholders and Homeowners balancing strategic vision with practical execution to elevate housing outcomes across the borough.

What We’re Looking For
A skilled Contract Manager to join our dynamic Stock Investment and Asset Management Team to deliver multiple impactful projects. You’ll be the driving force behind successful procurement, project delivery, and compliance balancing technical precision with strong stakeholder collaboration. We're looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for serving communities. If you're confident managing multiple priorities, liaising with leaseholders and homeowners, and ensuring quality outcomes at every stage, we want to hear from you.
Location
The job is primarily based in Laurence House, Catford, London, SE6 4RU but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis.
Special conditions
- Preferably educated to HNC/HND/Degree level or equivalent with good understanding of project management and building regulations

Salary
£58,752- £60,795 per annum (P07)
N.B: All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role. The only exception to this will be when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale), which is subject to evidential proof.
