Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Contract Manager, located in Harrow. The Contract Manager will be responsible for creating, negotiating, and managing contracts with clients and suppliers. Day-to-day tasks include drafting contract terms, reviewing contract performance, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and resolving any contract-related issues. Additionally, the Contract Manager will coordinate with various departments to ensure contracts align with company policies and objectives.

• Strong understanding of Fire and Security legal and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Experience in conflict resolution and problem-solving
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team
• Experience in the staffing or security & fire industry is advantageous
