Contract Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Contracts Manager to handle the negotiation, management, and oversight of contractual agreements and relationships with customers, suppliers, service providers, and key stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in supporting the business unit's operational success by ensuring all contracts are compliant, clear, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and manage contracts on a day-to-day basis, supporting the Line of Business of the International Business Unit.
• Support contract review processes, including reviewing documentation received by customers and T&Cs, and support the growth team preparing redlines or required language to protect the interests of the company.
• Familiarity with US, UK and EU government procurement regulations.
• Analyze and track contract compliance in conjunction with other functions.
• Internally, interface with Contracts team members, Legal, Program Management, Capture, Finance Pricing, Proposal, Property, Quality Control, Engineering and other functional staff as required.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience within the Defense and Aerospace industry.
• Previous experience in contracts management or related roles such as Program Management, Supply Chain, or Service Management.
• Legal qualifications not required, but strong familiarity with contractual principles is essential.
