Are you an experienced hospitality or catering professional ready to take on a new challenge in a fast-paced, multi-site environment? We’re looking for a Contract Support Manager to join our team supporting the West Midlands Police (WMP) – ESS contract.
This is a vital leadership role overseeing operational feeding and hospitality services, deputising for the General Manager, and helping ensure exceptional service across multiple locations. From tea and biscuits to sit-down dinners for 200+ guests, no two days are the same.
What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Proven experience managing successful teams in hospitality or catering
✅ Strong organisational and leadership skills
✅ Great communication and customer service mindset
✅ Financially savvy with excellent IT skills
✅ Ability to work evenings/weekends (seasonal) as part of a 5-over-7 rota
✅ Full UK Driving Licence

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the hospitality and operational catering service across the WMP contract.
- Deliver excellent service across staff and delegate feeding, conferences, and events.
- Support and deputise for the General Manager as needed.
- Manage and support a small team, providing coaching, training, and development.
- Ensure accurate stock management, cost control, and food waste reduction.
- Maintain excellent standards in health, safety, and food hygiene.
- Build strong relationships with internal departments and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Travel between contract sites – a full UK driving licence is essential.
