We’re looking for a Contracts and Placement Officer to join our Lincolnshire NEST team. We’re looking for a detail-driven, proactive, and passionate individual to join our Lincolnshire NEST team. This isn’t just a job—it’s a chance to shape services, influence outcomes, and help young people thrive

What you’ll do

Manage and monitor performance data to meet contractual obligations.
Collate and submit reports to commissioners and attend contract management meetings.
Support compliance with Supported Accommodation Regulations 2023 and Ofsted requirements.
Act as the first point of contact for placement enquiries and referrals.
Coordinate stakeholder meetings and contribute to service development.

Conduct quality audits and help drive improvements across the service.

What we’re looking for

Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
Experience in coordinating team work and meeting performance targets.
Ability to plan, organise, and manage deadlines effectively.
Knowledge of Supported Accommodation Regulations 2023 and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
A positive, flexible, and proactive approach.

Desirable: Experience in quality auditing and working with children and young people.
