Job Requirements
- Proven track record of successful contracts management experience.
- Knowledge of building regulations, legislation and compliance
- Contractual knowledge (JCT, NEC, D&B etc)
- Current and appropriate site H&S card
- Experience on BIM Projects / software
- Experience in delivering BREEAM
- CDM / Principal Designer experience
- Experience using file management systems, Procore, Conject, etc
- Exposure to high end fit out
Job Responsibilities
- Contracts management – Overall scope of managing delivery and client satisfaction of the projects you are working on.
- Professionalism & leadership; always acting in an appropriately professional and courteous manner when dealing with clients, colleagues, or subcontractors. Provide leadership and motivation to our staff that you encounter.
- Effective communication across various departments, site team delivery team colleagues and client.
- Overall responsibility for quality & program timescales to deliver project to the client.
- Financial efficiency – working alongside commercial team on each project.
- Overview of all aspects of Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental.
