Role Description
This is a full-time mainly office based role located in Coventry for a Contracts Manager/Supervisor. The role involves overseeing and managing material testing contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards, liaising with clients, and coordinating with various departments. Additional tasks include analyzing contract proposals, negotiating contract terms, and handling any contract disputes or issues that may arise.
Qualifications
- Experience in contract management and supervision
- Strong understanding of legal requirements and company standards
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using contract management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the Materials testing or construction industry is a must
